We take your right to privacy seriously. You can request full deletion of your BillAxe account and all associated data at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When you submit a deletion request we will permanently delete:
- Your account and login credentials
- All financial transaction data retrieved via Plaid
- All connected bank account tokens and Plaid access tokens
- Connected email account credentials (Outlook OAuth tokens, IMAP credentials)
- Connected social media tokens (TikTok, YouTube OAuth tokens)
- All AI-generated videos and content approval history
- SMS opt-in consent and phone number
- All subscription and bill detection data
- Usage data and analytics associated with your account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This process is completed within 30 days of your request.
What We May Retain
We may retain minimal records required by law including:
- Records required by law or for fraud prevention (anonymized, no personal identifiers)
- Aggregate anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you
- Payment records retained by Stripe under their own legal obligations

Enter the email address associated with your BillAxe account. We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send a confirmation to this email.
